Delivery system report item as delivered, but not received between my characters.

Description:

As with the current event of daily free Abjuration, I decided to make one of my characters to collect all the abjurations (Unforgotten), while a 2nd one receives the duplicates as it is RA/EX.

Yesterday, I sent 5 Abjurations from my main (Lordjecht) to the 2nd character (Unforgotten), and sent 3 duplicates from (Unforgotten) to my 3rd (Gomenasai). Today, I logged on them to receive the delivered items, but I got nothing. Went to the main to check delivery system and if there is a chance I misspelled the name, and the items disappeared as if they were delivered. Now, all the items lost and I can't retrieve them back.
