Mythics are missing

My character was restored back in Jan. because the character disappeared off the account, the character was restored pretty quickly at this point but then it disappeared again and I submitted my ticket immediately and I have been waiting since Jan. 25 to have my character restored and finally Sep. 20 my character was recovered from the deleted list but my Kogarasumaru(119)/Yagrush(119) Excalibur(119)/Aegis(99)/Gjallarhorn(99)/Annihilator(119) Twashtar(85)/Daurdabla(90)/Ochain(90)

All of those weapons we're missing from my account.
