UC-60527 error when updating payment

Hello, I'm sure due to the registration server issues at the moment alot of people are probably getting the same error as I have found browsing around other forum sites. I am a returning player, and wished to update my payment info in order to return to vanadiel. Upon attempting to update my payment info however I am confronted with an error stating the server is busy or I have entered information incorrectly. After reading other suggestions on the forums, and having no success I am curious if there is an alternate way that I can bypass this issue and get my card to go through.

Steps I have tried so far:

1. Attempt to enter information through a console instead of pc
2. Hit back instead of submit after verifying payment then submitting

I really do wish to return and would appreciate any suggestions a member of the SE staff or even a member of the community can provide.

EDIT: Information just went through, called my credit card company
