Damage limitation problem

Dear Sicycre,Camate,
i make this topic to report you this major problem we encounter in game actually

when we cast elemental on monster with only one cast we didn't have any problem like on this video:

but if we cast with two or more people on monster at the same (or close) time we get resist on each cast like on this video:

damage congestion ?

can you ask to #Devteam for fix this problem ?
can you ask to #Devteam to remove the 99999 dmg cap ?
