Does anyone know yet if the Enfeebling Magic Effect +10 on the new Ambuscade cape stacks with the +14 from Lethargy Sayon?
From what I understand, the bonus from Uk'uxkaj Boots does not stack with Lethargy Sayon, so whether or not this new cape is an exception is rather important information.
I got a friend to help me test this in Diorama Abdjalis-Ghelsba, and I can confirm that the effect from the cape DOES stack with Lethargy Sayon.
I still hate it though. >.<
I wish they would have swapped the stats on this and the previous RDM JSE cape, it would have been so much better for both of them...
