Stuck zoning into Dho Gates error FFXI-3001 Carbuncle server

Server: Carbuncle
Characters stuck: Hayde
Details: Received this error code FFXI-3001 when I zoned into Dho Gates, tried logging into her again and again same code.
Steps:
1.Log into POL
2.click Final Fantasy XI
3.Click play
4.Click select Character
5. try to play the game but get Error code [FFXI-3001]
extra 1. tried every thing from the support page involving ports that was there even tried DMZing my ffxi pc but still got code [FFXI-3001]

since its the weekend, I could not get a GM to help me, since they are not available on the weekends
