Anyone having DC problems since update?

I've posted on it in other forums as its been quite the common problem problem past half a year to quite a few month now amongst the player's. I just got my blondelle character locked to the christmas starlites mini-game NPC in windurst woods by chocobo stables with the guess the order of jobs in correct order game while selected yes try simple game then selecting i'm not sure.. quite a few times maybe too rapidly quite a few times too because of failures on getting it wrong with him too many times and then it just stopped with his words in text in speaking to me but waited for his next words to happen but weren't coming through or moving forward at all while waiting him to go back to his main menu of words to select from but still stuck at current position of his thus i went to my PC's connection wifi settings, turning wifi off to DC since I couldn't do nothing else while my connection remained perfectly in tacked and I really do despise that game becoming very annoyed with it as I have yet to ever once even in simple mode to get it right in guessing as there is no clue's to begin with into knowing what's right at all as far as I can tell in which i've failed it for every year as many years of the event the mini-game's been presented! Anyways My only fear from this knowing of my past experiences over it since this very same thing used to occur back when I used to play on ps2 before plying my now windows 10 pc, it's exactly when I would finally get logged back into the game on that character after the occurrence that I would be still stuck to the very same NPC that I had purposely DC'ed in an immediate last resort attempt break the connection of the npc being locked stuck on me with not moving forward again, its as if the npc lost its direction or connection or its ability to function, all of this after installing the dec. 16 pst 2100 update today before jumping into the game. I remember at times when I was just lucky get a gm to break me out away from that npc's lock on me but a few times on old system it didn't help, i'm not sure how i became playable on that character again as well but maybe i just waited it out til after a update hit >.< to see if it was out of that problem or not...
