Black tripple start nm

i gota say it would b good if the nm spawnd better than it does now i mean ive spent an etier day farmin it and got no spawn so i think it should b made better.

Translation: I Must speak on this matter. It would be nice if this Notorious Monster had better spawn Conditions than it currently has. I have spent an Entire day camping said Notorious Monster and have not gotten the enemy to spawn. I think this matter should be looked into.

----On Topic. He's a stingy NM. Make sure you're Killing the right Placeholders In the right area. It took me a good ~8 hours to get all 3 Kills in. I got lucky and he spawned 2x Back-to-Back.

lol thanks for that i have never been good at typin and i have wiped the area clear of mobs and still no pop.
