Do you have to be on SoA mission 2 to be able to get the cutscene when entering Adoulin? I'm not sure if I'm glitching bug or if I haven't progressed far enough in the missions.

Do you have to be on SoA mission 2 to be able to get the cutscene when entering Adoulin? I'm not sure if I'm glitching bug or if I haven't progressed far enough in the missions.
if you already started adoulin missions, zone to ceizak battlegrounds via exiting from western adoulin.
I have done that already it won't activate the CS.
You may need to advance a little further in the adoulin storyline to proceed further then and get the dinner invitation and completing up to chapter 2.
Pretty much every RoV mission tied to a particular NPC needs that NPC to be either "in town", "not dead" "not captured" or still "meetable."
