ROV 2-5-5 Somber Dreams

I have Examined the ??? in front of Grauberg (S) Verdical Conflux to spawn Cetus,
Won fight; solo 0 trusts

After the fight, I examined the ??? again to obtain a very short cut scene.
I Proceeded to the Walk of Echoes using the ??? next to the Veridical Conflux in front of Verdical Conflux another cut scene with Lilisette and Cait Sith.

BUT the CS never worked... I was Warped to Walk of Echos....

This is not the first time i have heard of people not furthing there mission/quests. please fix this.... thank you

Please also note. Checking VC before ??? - will this cause the mission / quest to fail or hang even though NM has been beaten...?
