Incorrect stat on Cheer: Hecteyes

Steps: I changed to Cheer: Hecteyes with nothing on. The key item description lists INT+3, but the equipment screen lists INT+4. Changing to Cheer: Slime, which is listed as STR+3 on its key item, gives the correct stats on the equipment screen. Changing back to Cheer: Hecteyes still lists INT+4.

Question if the description is INT +4 and it shows INT +4 what is the problem?
