Rhapsodies of Vandiel - Sacrifice

Having problems with the new Rhapsodies missions.

Currently showing as on "Sacrifice". I got 1 cutscene at the maw for "Cauterize" - Missions then went straight onto Ganged up on. Completed WotG upto meeting Lillisette and got a CS in shouth sandoria (s) and got her Cipher. Cannot progress any futher now as i never got the KI from cait sith to allow me into Walk of Echoes. My only current option is to complete WotG which i dont have time for at the minute. I have checked the glowing dot in south sandy (s) to try and replay the cutscene for "Uncertain destinations" which i never got but the glowing dot does nothing.

Other missions are:

Sandoria - complete rank 10.
Aht Urhgan - Royal Puppeteer (Was on president salaheem and progressed to be able to carry on RoV)
WotG - Dancers in Distress (Was on Cait Sith and progressed for RoV)
SoA - The celennia memorial library
CoP - Three paths

I know there are alot of bugs at the minute for the RoV missions, im hoping it is fixed with this update >.>
