Mana Cede Job Point category

With the increase of job point values to 15 and Beckoner's Bracers +1, it should be addressed that Mana Cede job points will start to become useless for anything besides Gifts. It already pretty much is thanks to Caller's Pendant, Crystal Blessing, Group 2 merits, Beckoner's Spats +1 (best in slot for healing Wards), and just regular TP gain.

I think the job point category would be a lot more useful if instead it added a 50/tick Regain effect, with each job point adding an extra tick. That way the TP is spread throughout multiple Blood Pacts.
