meebles congestion

It is probably unrealistic to ask for a fix for meebles congestion but it is very frustrating to be locked out of meebles due to a repelling force for more than ten minutes. Especially when watching other players enter and exit the zone multiple times (one solo player got 3 runs in while I was repelled). Seeing as there's probably not the resources available to make a queue for meebles (which would be a wonderful fix), would it be possible to extend the meeble burrows campaign?
