Summoner bloodpact damage glitch

Ever since the June update, magical bloodpacts have been doing approximately 2000 damage less than they were doing before the update. Due to there being no notes in the version update about there being a nerf to summoner damage, I believe this is an error.

Steps:
Perform magical bloodpact rage on any enemy, and the damage will be significantly less than normally expected. The damage before the update was much higher, so something must have been accidentally changed in the damage formula
