Linkshell Community member profile editor not working

This page seems broken. I'm unable to have it display properly from Chrome, The latest Firefox, or IE 11. The header appears but the form does not.

To access for your character, just select the "member profile editor" link in the header while logged in.

I've also tried multiple machines, but some of my LSmates who were having the same trouble the other day are now able to access the form. I am still unable.
