Steps:
1. Cast water I with no gear on Bumblee from Northeast of the monster to avoid Magic Attack bonuses or Magic Critical bonuses from Cardinal Chant.
2. Reported damage was 193 which corresponds to 15MAB from gifts, but does not include 10MAB from the job point category which I currently have at 10/10. The expected damage with +25MAB is 210.
3. Repeat and consistently receive damage corresponding to +15MAB instead of +25MAB

This applies to all monsters, but the Bumblebee was used for simplicity. I have spent enough job points to acquire all of the gifts currently available and as mentioned I have maxed the magic attack bonus category at 10/10. I am not sure if this issue only occurs after receiving the final magic attack bonus gift or if it happens while only having the first magic attack bonus gift.
