Quest is not appearing under ROE

The All For One quest is not showing up for this character it seems, I checked a couple of others (even the ones with hardly any ROE done) and it shows up fine for them. Was going to call a GM but figured they'd just say file a report so...Filed!

I had the same issue on PC, but the RoE quest eventually popped up.
After about 6 zones or so. Quite strange...

The insufficient information copy/paste that they usually throw around here is actually relevant this time. All for One will only appear in your RoE list if you're in one of the areas with the NPC to start it. Were you in one of those areas?
