Suggestion re: Skirmish armor/weapons

Hoping that it wouldn't be too difficult to allow a trade in system for Skirmish armor/weapons similar to the JSE cape trade in system. I get so many duplicates of armor I already have when I'm really after one piece and it won't drop. I know wings have a chance to drop so you can buy the gear you want with them, but they seem to be quite rare. Being somewhat outdated content, I'm not counting on the devs making changes to it, but many of the pieces from the original Skirmish are still relevant today (upgraded to 119). Any chance this could happen?
