Old player, new thf

I'm just coming back after a few years, tried the lates login campaign totally got hooked again!!! Just one thing there is so much to get now thf seems the way to go for dyanmis drops and getting my 109 af/relic. I've always been whm or sch main so i know nothing about thf ive read the ffxi forums and the forums on here are more about whining about how thf is bad. So im looking for help on gear sets what should i gear for in a TP set, TH set,or any JA set what gear is relevant now. any help would be awsome ty.
