Silver Shovel Cordon

Hello, I've been struggling to get this KI, if it's anything like the Bronze version it would require the adoulin quests and possibly coalition assignments to be completed but unless I'm mistaken I've done all the quests apart from a few exceptions.

Rather than list all the ones I've done I counted them up and I've done 71 quests which includes the GEO and RUN job unlock quests but none of the other GEO and RUN quests.

I have also done 90 coalition assignments, not including the provide ones.

If anyone has any inkling on what it takes to get the KI I'd appreciate it, I'm not too fussed about it but I'd like to be able to get the KI.
