Steps:
I was talking to NPC Alfred to turn in my campaign medal rank. After going through the process, he says something in Japanese text. This has been occurring for a while and it is minor but I thought it was a bug.

Seconded, I thought I was crazy.
Happened to me on the PC version as well, possibly PC specific.
