Occured first as the airship unloaded me onto the dock I came in beneath the dock on the ground below the wooden floor. Warped (via Warp Ring) back to Jueno and took another airship back, same thing occurred. Joined party and used Nexus cape to teleport to party leader in Yuhtunga Jungle. Went to find home point crystal and fell through the floor twice more, first time was brought back up inexplicably second was trapped. Warped (Via Warp Ring) to Jueno logged out.
