Steps:
1.Headed to Misareaux Coast to check the Storage Compartment in the shed at E-7 to spawn the NM bugard Boggelmann.

2.Killed it and Got a cutscene and The Key item "Vessel of Light"

3.Headed to Bibiki Bay F-6 and Killed Dalham . Re check the Spawn area for a cuscene.

4. Headed to Carpenter's Landing (I-9) to Spawn Cryptonberry Executor . Did Not Spawn Instead i got the message "Now is not the time for that!"

5. Vessel of Light does not appear in my Temporary Key Items either.

6. Re did all the step and still nothing.

I followed the guide for this missions and when i got to Carpenter's Landing It wouldn't let me pop the NM and i Still can't do it. i don't know what to do. Thank you!
