It was intentionally removed for the bloodpact. If you noticed the updates:
"The visual effects accompanying the use of abilities of wyverns, avatars, automatons, and beastmasters’ familiars are no longer displayed."
This may have also affected the astral glow outline, but that I can't speak on.
Pretty silly change if you ask me.
Eh, some people were complaining about DRGs and their wyverns making it hard to tell when to stun in Delve, since everything had the big red lines and people messed up their stuns or something because of it. I dunno, it wasn't much of a major issue to me personally. :P But it is what it is.
