I was looking at the "Dev Tracker" and there was 17 new (today) threads all in Japanese. If there was a decent translator out there I would be find but it always seems they get 17 we get 2 but days later. Curiosity killed the cat but satisfaction brought him back, what do they know we don't.
It does suck but not much we can do. We had people who translated on various fan forums but they went to FFXIV. Tons of posts it seems though.

Hang on, I figured out what all the posts are about. They did another "Freshly Picked Vana'diel" today. And the new posts are all referencing it, along with highlights.
I found a post about upping NPC cap to 99 too.
FYI, we've gotten full translations for the "Freshly Pickled" Digests in the past.
They're gonna take some time to translate for one AND it's currently only 10 AM in California, where the US team is located. Not time to panic about lack of translation... yet.
The freshly picked vanadiel broadcasts are pretty long, give the community team some time to first transcribe the highlights then translate them :) I did see a goblin suit in the live stream :D
But that doesn't excuse the blatant information given to the jp audience that are usually left out while we get the cliffnotes version of the post without supplemental info leaving fan translations better, they "blame" it on not having a "policy" of translating on a 1:1 basis.
I'm skimming through the video and trying to figure out stuff. I just seen something that may indicate new Trust NPCs. A Moogle (looks like the Green Thumb Moogle from Mog Garden), Aldo, and a Goblin NPC.
And new equipment that makes us look like Goblins. A mask, and possibly a body that also includes the backpack looking thing that some Goblins carry around.
Betting Moogle is our magic version of Sakura.
