CONNECTION issues on LAKSMI. .5 sec connection loss resulting in TICK(loss of sound)

i work with a team of tech 5 we went through my entire system on PC to make sure it couldnt possibly on my end. after 100% all a tech 5 can check i assume the server is somehow not working as has in past since i been playing day 1 and this never happens even in the first years when internet wasnt as GREAT as now. please look in this SE if im loosing connection resulting in an actual loss of sound might be something want to look into before it becomes worse. Think he will not get a response from square at all.. and if he does they will ask him to made a dxdiag and msinfo, and submit it to them, and to close programs running in the background, and if that does not help to contact his ISP.
