When approaching the ??? at I-9, the ??? will say "Now is not the time for that!" and does not pop the NMs. I have already done Misareaux Coast and Bibiki Bay's NMs and got their CS's. I have tried logging out and logging in and waiting overnight, but I am unable to pop the NMs and am now stuck in CoP.
