Would it be possible to increase the potency of these two rings? I think doubling the maximum exp bonus would be suitable in this day and age, while keeping the cooldowns and recharge limits the same as they are. If necessary, it would also be fine if the cost to recharge them increased along with the new maximum exp bonus.
I hope that if they do they also beef up the beefier XP rings as well.

with the campaign adjustments, odds are these rings won't see improvements. but then again who knows. we need another ring if not improving these rings.
How does campaign affect this?
when a nation has control of the throne room, that nation gets a far better experience ring than emperor band. about as great as the kupofried's ring. but it doesn't matter now on what i said on this. take a look at the login campaign #9 page.

The march update preview makes it sound like they're talking about changing existing rings. Expertise ring is probably independent of that.
Maybe they should add hard to obtain more potent rings?
(Like an NM or BCNM that would drop a nice non-rechargeable ring with 3 or so charges)
Let's just wait and see how often we can use the Expertise ring first
10 uses on the Experise Ring??????????? SE has officially lost theirs minds, could the ring be more useless? I'll be spending those 2K points on my Frayed Sack (L)...
