[Suggestion]VW Cells

As VW is becoming popular once again, I think it'd be a great time to make cells stack to 99. (Or have some kind of 'pouch' of some kind? (Something like toolbags for ninjutsu tools, etc))

I think it'd make people do more runs for VW. Instead of spending a few extra minutes grabbing 3-4 kinds of cells before running, (and possibly running out of space due to several stack on cells and slowing down the group once agian) you could grab a stack of 'pouches' or one stack of 99 cells and not worry about cells again for multiple more runs.
