Proposal for the Introduction of Cait Sith

Cait Sith

Hello guys, so as many of you know Square Enix finally announced that they are working on Cait Sith and they are working to release her in the march update; however, if the mission "Distorter of Time" is any indication of what she'll be bringing to the table then she will be quite useless compared to our other avatars due to so many reasons. So here are some suggestions and ideas for the overall framework of Cait Sith.

Proposed Attributes

1. Elemental Affinity: Light
2. Elemental Frailty: Darkness
3. Summoning Circle: White (Features: Stars)
4. Avatar's Favor: Regain (1TP/Tick~4TP/Tick)
5. Passive Trait: Critical Attack Bonus
6. Melee Delay: 180 (4TP/Hit)
7. Attack: Low
8. Defense: Low
9. Accuracy: High
10. Evasion: High

Proposed Perpetuation Costs

1. Initial Summoning: 15MP
2. Level 1: 2MP/Tick
3. Level 9: 3MP/Tick
4. Level 18: 4MP/Tick
5. Level 27: 5MP/Tick
6. Level 37: 6MP/Tick
7. Level 46: 7MP/Tick
8. Level 55: 8MP/Tick
9. Level 64: 9MP/Tick

Proposed Blood Pacts

1. Level ? Holy: Deals random light elemental damage to enemies within area of effect, this is a dice based ability.

2. Regal Scratch: Cait Sith claws at the enemy delivering a three-hit attack to the target.

3. Feral Pounce: Cait Sith remains stiff in the style of a cactus, and rows onto the enemy, lowering their defense, and magic defense.

4. Starfall: Cait Sith evokes a star from the heavens to deal light damage to an enemy, has an additional effect of stun.

5. Purring Felicity: Cait Sith purrs gracefully, reducing the TP dealt by all physical and magical attacks.

6. Mewing Lullaby: Cait Sith inflicts sleep on enemies within area of effect, and gradually reduces their TP overtime; however, if the enemy is awoken the TP decay is cancelled.
