Steps: After defeating Tojil and obtaining Key item flame scarred skull (shows in temporary key items atm), i am still unable to exchange plasm from Forri-Porri or get quest for 119 relic even with 99 spharai equipped

on a further note, ive noticed i dont have title from killing tojil "tojil douser" must have been ko when tojil was defeated, however this shouldnt have any impact as it only says i should have the key item "flame scarred skull" which i do have
