The Mummers' Coalition now has the Adoulin Flag expansion added. I see the Game "Box of Fortune" was added to the Coalition but the included Ionis effect of Moderate Magic Skill Gain Rate Increase isn't listed when you talk to the Civil Registrar or the Ionis givers.
This is on Asura if that matters.
