Skirmish, my thoughts into bringing it back from the grave

I had alot of thought and read through the forums about Delve, Magian, Skirmish, etc. and saw nothing but problems that the fanbase are trying to solve so I want to put my 2 cents into this. I know that ppl are already into Delve and would like nothing but the best(if u have 2-handed R/E/M/D DD, COR, BRD, WHM mostly) so my chances into joining one to even get the KI/plasm is very slim so I completely given up on that content. I know ppl quickly neglect Skirmish so for my standpoint im hoping that they would revive or at least enhance it to where ppl don't have to rely much in doing Delve just to get that weapon or equipment. If they would use Magian trial as a secondary option to enhance your weapon to be on par w/ Delve gear it would get ppl back into it now that it's much easier to get ppl into joining. Another option is to use the colonization rate as a way to give the weapon a benefit like en-stun or any effect as long u in adoulin areas.

Im trying to explain myself well to make this content better, but it's difficult since I don't have anything good to say due to frustration. It's not as fun as I hoped it would be and my hype for it sets to disappointment. Hopefully in the coming updates they would do something to fix it, but I have my doubts.
