Enemy Magic Accuracy - did it change?
Ever since the update I've seen extraordinarily accurate magic coming from lower level enemies. I saw no mention of this being changed in the update notes, so it really caught me off guard. I'm dying to magic attacks that I was able to survive before. Magic that used to hit for 40-80 is now consistently hitting for hundreds. I throw on Barspells and Addle and it doesn't seem to be helping.
I've also seen one person elsewhere say that they noticed Tiamat was now hurting a lot more than before with Fiery Breath against an Aegis.
Magic, breaths, and Mijin Gakures from enemies of considerably lower level. All are consistently doing 4-10x more damage than before.
Anyone else experience this? I'm wondering if it's some kind of bug. It's honestly causing problems.
