or they can meet em on the Field! , you get payed more this way after the battle you might get an invite + bonus items for joining
battles will take place all over vana , and are completely Random
monsters like Floating EYE
and Minitorus
or even the boss's from that game like Elobidos from Deep Dungen <- would be lvl 99 minimum quest
players would meet up at Taverns after reciving there asignment , then form partys with other players for survialbility , the enemy will number 10-25 or so
soloing isnt possible as the rank of the missions will be determined by your Level....
thus the enemy's level...
Most monsters will be humaniod or human , and with Gear on them!
theres your MOney go get it! grab your thief!
you can only Steal once per battle on a single Char
this is too avoid influx of rare items , but if your a thief you got a chance every battle to get some loot!
missions will be Timed . but not with a timer .. rank = time taken too finish + other factors like how many times you died / revived ettc.

can use DRK/WAR/THF/RMG/BST/PLD/BLU items
comes with Materia blade ,
Skills are Bought on the Market as Scrolls , you then Use the scroll in Crafting with a Blank or Empty Materia , too create the Materia you want
at lvl 1 a soldier get 1 Materia slot
then lvl 10 ,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90,99
each materia has a 5% Chance too cast What spell the Materia is...
the Spells DO consume MP and if you don't have the MP you will just stand there for that attack and do nothing.. lol
you cannot buy a new sword for this job as this is all a soldier uses...
you can however through Questing Smith the current blade into a new one , Auto 100% succes each rank of blade costs more Gil and more items
