I can let you know we have already alerted the Support Center to the fact that one of our customers will be reaching out to them regarding a Banned FINAL FANTASY XIV forum account, so we hope this helps the situation further.
This was your response to me in my previous thread.
I followed your instructions on contacting support AGAIN. I sent an email and waited for a response. Here is what I got

I expected this would happen again. I got around to calling today, and basically the guy didn't really help. I told him that you had said the support center was alerted of my issue but he didn't seem to know what I was talking about (and didn't even sound like he wanted to help) and basically told me nothing could be done. This is the best your support can do?
