Lost Macros and Default Settings

Hello,

I hope this is the correct place to post, but I seem to have run into a problem on my current main character. My macros and settings have been restored entirely to default on Ubehren, my current main character. Abadacchus, my former main character retains all his macros and game settings (thank goodness, that was a decade-long project in and of itself!), as does one of my mules. However, two of my mules have also had their macros reset. Is there any way to restore my macros and settings to what they were on Ubehren? I have never saved macros to the server on Ubehren, and therefore cannot recall them by those means.
