Artifact Neck Pieces - Why can't we store them?

these neck pieces might not be the best but why cant we store them with the Porter Moogle on the Artifact Slip? or another Slip? are we expected to just toss them?

Because the developers are too busy figuring out how they are going to nerf the Twilight Scythe to implement anything we actually care about?

I'm a bit lost, what are artifact neck pieces?
Can only think of Empyreal ones.

The level job-specific 30 ones that you get from the green pom-pommed Magian Moogle that also give the job emotes. You know, the "fetch this one rare/ex item" trial ones.

Those trials are repeatable, I just tossed em.

some of us would rather not just toss em, many of them are decent for the level they were made for

It's the same reason why SE wont let us stored un-augmented AF2+1's: They dont feel like it.

I just threw mine away as soon as i finished the trial, personally. It's a peice of garbage and it's easily reobtainable, so I saw no reason to hang on to it, especially considering the neck slot isn't visible gear.

Unaugmented AF2+2 is what he meant, which is still a problem, just one they stupidly ignore...
