Selling Ex item -> Crash

Steps:
1. I was in an Aby La Theine worm party earlier in the day and during it I glanced at the Tarutaru Sash's whenever they showed up in gold chests. I already have one, it was in my Mog Sack and the modifier on it is "INT +2". But I looked at those just to see what they were, cancelling whenever asked if I wanted it (or so I had thought).

2. When I finished at the party and returned to Jeuno for an LS event, I traded my seals to Shami and headed down to the duty free shop in Port to sell all my things to Gekko.

3. Starting at the top of my inventory I sold things I didn't need/want, and I came to a tarutaru sash! I was confused, perhaps I had put it in my inventory from the Mog Sack at some point earlier, but the modifications were different: HP+12 CHR+2

4. Not thinking, I tried to sell it anyway, then I noticed the name on the pop up of the item was: = ¢ and the client froze. I grabbed my cellphone and very quickly grabbed a picture of it. I'm also VERY sure I had left the alliance once I returned to Port Jeuno and was solo, though at the bottom of the screenshot there's a /p chat from someone that was in the alliance. Not sure if that was part of the glitch or I'm misremembering since it was last night.

I'm not sure what happened to the sash, since I don't remember grabbing it, and the name changing when I was trying to sell it, and then the crash. Picture linked - I can email it or whatever if that's needed. :)
