Brigand's Chart quest: GBH aggro

Not sure if this is Items & Crafting or Missions & Quests, but going with this one as it's about the quest specifically...

Goblin Bounty Hunters will aggro when you're attempting the Brigand's Chart Quest and under the level cap status effect. Not only is this already an extremely frustrating quest for PC fishers (which hopefully the [dev1126] changes will alleviate), but it now requires an extra person or pet job to even attempt safely. One GBH aggro, in addition to a single monster being hooked, destroys any chances of getting the Penguin Ring.

I do think this would indeed better fit into Missions & Quests as it is more like a feature, than a bug. ^^

I as well always found that to be quite annoying, however, they could simply remove the level limit on it altogether if they were to make the goblin(s) ignore the player character doing this quest. I do imagine the level limit is there for the possible monsters you may catch, the goblins are there for some other reason as far as I can tell, and should indeed ignore the player on this quest (as well as during the Pirate's Chart quest), but is there really a point for it any longer? Players will simply have another character, or a pet deal with them anyways so the level limit for this quest could probably be removed completely...

At least with the Pirate's Chart you are actually supposed to defeat 3 monsters so the level limit there makes more sense (though a little out-dated nowadays, and could just as well be removed in my opinion).
