Count me among the many who STILL cannot get their Destrier Beret. Square needs to get this fixed quick. A short delay due to the changes in the update is understandable. But it's getting to the point where they are essentially blowing off the customer base.
Square Enix support staff said to contact a GM in-game. And the GM in the game essentially said the exact same thing: Wait and we'll see if we can fix it sometime.
This is stupid.
