All of a sudden, everybody and their mother hasn't received their Desertier Beret.

What, people aren't getting their berets? I hadn't noticed with 90% of the threads that show up when you click new posts being "Didn't receive my Destrier Beret."

only reason im complaining is because im comeing back to the game and expect customer service and get an item that i am promised

I am a brand new player and I haven't received mine. I didn't even know about the new expansion until I came to the forums to complain about my beret.

Totally agree. It's rather stupid that Square has still not fixed the issue.

I can't help but agree with peoples frustration on the matter. The beret is listed in the advertisement of the Ultimate Abyssea Collection so technically they have to deliver. If they don't it is false advertisement. As for me I'm a returning player so yea I want the hat it is usefull to me since I'm starting from scratch.
