1. Logged into FFXI.
2. Went to Festive Moogle; told me, "I have nothing for you! Sorry!"
3. Logged into Square Enix Account Management System and checked Reward Code History.
4. Special Gift: Destrier Beret was registered on September 3, 2011 and "Original Soundtrack -PLUS-" Bonus Item (Spinet) was registered on December 2, 2011.
5. Logged back into FFXI ten hours later; checked the Festive Moogle again and still no items.
