Destrier Beret

Greetings,
I recently purchased a FFXI Ultimate Collection - Abyssea in order to create a second character. I registered the CD Key, created my character (Wolfers) and then registered the Destrier Beret code and chose Wolfers to receive the beret.

However, when I speak to the Festival Moogle, he says he has nothing to give me. SE phone support stated that everything was linked up correctly, and that I should submit a bug report detailing the issue. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Please add my name to the list of people unable to retrieve their destrier beret from the festive moogle.
I am trying to get mine from the one in Port Bastok, but he says he has nothing for me.

I also cannot retrieve it from the port bastok one and he says the exact thing. i put the code in about 24 hours ago.

Maintenance today and no fix for this issue yet. Disappointing.
