TP Bonus Fusetto Off Hand

Can anyone confirm if the TP Bonus for Fusetto works if in the off hand or only if main handed? I levelled a Centovente with TP Bonus +100 for Rudra's and now I read in some places that the effect is only active on main. If that is the case, it turns that dagger into a marginal use Aeolian edge dagger I guess.

Yes, it works in the offhand.

Thanks Byrth. I did a bit of testing just to convince myself and it is pretty dramatic. Feeling a lot better about my investment now! ^^
