Team casting puppets

I've been playing around with whm puppet. I was told that they should be casting Pro/shell/haste on team members as well now. However, I'm yet to see him cast anything but cure and remove enfeebles. Is there some maneuver I need have up to make him cast on team?

I think Water Maneuver needs to be up to prioritize use of buffs on pt members.

What I'm having issues with is Regen instead, he seems to use it at pretty random times, I can't seem to get a correct pattern to reproduce when I want him to use Regen :3

!) Mob has to be DC or better.

2) You have to have taken some dmg, but not enough to warrant a full cure.

3) Have to currently have the attention of the mob.

I know that Spirit, but it doesn't work everytime.
And some other times I've seen Regen IV sometimes used on EP mobs and on pt members when I was the one with hate =/

Sorry cant help on the first bit then. I've never been able to get a regen while fighting an EP mob. Ever. But that's just me.

As to the hate issue i have seen that plenty, but i've just always attributed that to server lag. Kinda like how on many occasions since enhancing magic buffs have been added, Klaxon will be almost done reapplying Haste to me or someone else before i even get the chatlog notification that it has worn.
