Currently the NPC i have to get a quest from has the Name Iron Eater when it should be Phara, also i went to do the quest and it said something about trial weapons when it should have spawned 2 NPCs for war af1 weapon

Currently the NPC i have to get a quest from has the Name Iron Eater when it should be Phara, also i went to do the quest and it said something about trial weapons when it should have spawned 2 NPCs for war af1 weapon
Phara is where she should be, J-9 in Bastok Mines right outside Chocobo Circuit. No Iron Eater to be seen. Iron Eater is at J-8 in the Precident's Office in Metalworks, not sure how you can possibly confuse the two.
You need to talk to Phara and actually start the quest called The Doorman (check your quest log to make sure it's listed as 'current') before you are able to spawn the 2 NMs in Davoi by checking the "Hide Flap".
