Of Mog Houses and Furnishings

There's the thought that popped into my head about all of this and I wonder about it's viability.

Is what I would like too see is the option to set a funrishing as a key item. For example: You place your rusty bucket in your mog safe. Then go to layout and along with the "set" option there would be a "set as key item" option. In doing so, you still plase the furniture as desired, but it no longer takes the mog safe space.(Not that I need it, but it seems a lot of people do.) This would allow for people to furnish thier rooms as they desire while still maintaining the space they need.
