Has anyone any info on what the new cap is yet?
For anyone who doesn't know what I'm referring to, the update notes for december said that the recast cap was being 'adjusted'. Since they tend to increase caps, I assume it's now higher than 50%, and not lower.

Thanks Prothscar. 80% is what I figured it would go to to match crit and haste, but I don't like to assume.
Would have been nice with an increase to -BP delay, but that would require the dev team to remember Summoner exists.
It Gear cap still 25% though? I haven't really bothered looking into this much.
